In charge of the Labor and Employment Law service within LEXCO, I assist our clients in the day-to-day management of the social aspects of their company whether it concerns individual labor relations (contract, execution, and termination of employment contracts, social security law, etc.) or collective relations (employee representative bodies, collective bargaining, redundancy plans, etc.).
I joined LEXCO in 2011, after an experience in a Business Law firm on the Island of La Réunion.
