I joined Lexco in Decembre 2025, after having worked in various international firms in Paris, Phnom Penh and London for over 10 years. I focus my practice on general corporate law, in particular on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border) and private equity. I also advise on various commercial matters, in particular the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts in the aero, defense and nuclear industries.
